Questions

Common questions

Do we have to replace our doors?

Usually not. Most doors take an electric strike or maglock with the existing frame. The door schedule shows what each opening needs.

What happens when the power goes out?

Each door is set fail-safe or fail-secure based on its use and life-safety requirements, and power supplies carry battery backup.

Can we manage users ourselves?

Yes. Handover includes admin access and a walkthrough on adding, removing, and scheduling cards.
